These terms govern the sale of porcelain artworks through jing-gallery.shop. By placing an order you agree to them. The gallery sells individual works — not wholesale lots, and not souvenirs.

The work

Each piece is hand-painted. Small variations of brush, glaze and firing are the nature of Jingdezhen practice, not defects. Dimensions on the product page are approximate.

Contract

A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing or when payment is captured. Prices are in euros and include VAT where required. We may refuse or cancel an order if a work is no longer available, if payment fails, or if the delivery address cannot be served safely.

Risk & title

Title passes when payment is received. Risk passes when the carrier collects the parcel, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.

Law

These terms are intended for a European private clientele. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
