Returns

If a work arrives damaged, or if you are exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, write to us within fourteen days of delivery through the Contact page, with your order number and photographs of the packing and the piece.

Damaged in transit

Keep all cartons and inner fittings. We will arrange collection or a replacement where the work can be remade, or a refund where it cannot.

Change of mind

Where EU consumer law applies to a distance sale, you may withdraw within fourteen days of receiving the work, provided it is returned in the same condition, in its original packing. Return shipping of undamaged goods is at your expense unless we have agreed otherwise. Works commissioned or personalised cannot be withdrawn.

How to return

Do not send a parcel until the gallery has confirmed the address and method. Porcelain must travel as it arrived: fitted, padded, and marked as fragile.
