Privacy

Elysian Orient is a private gallery. We collect only what is required to correspond, to complete an order, and to keep the studio in good legal standing.

What we hold

When you create an account, place an order, send a message, or join The Gallery List, we may keep your name, email, delivery address, and order history. Payments are processed by PayPal; card details are not stored on this website.

Why we hold it

To fulfil a purchase, to answer a letter, to meet accounting and consumer-law duties, and — only if you ask — to send occasional notes from the gallery. We do not sell correspondence lists.

How long

Orders are kept for as long as tax and warranty records require. Account data remains until you ask us to close the account. You may request a copy, a correction, or erasure by writing through the Contact page.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep your bag, let you sign in, and complete checkout. They are required for the gallery to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional: you choose them in the cookie bar on first visit, and you may change that choice at any time from Cookies in the footer.

We do not sell correspondence lists. Advertising or social pixels, if ever added, will wait for your marketing consent.
